With a passion for music that spans over 20 years, I’ve dedicated my life to exploring the near-limitless possibilities of the voice. My journey has taken me through a diverse array of musical styles, from the enchanting realms of Broadway and classical to the vibrant beats of pop and jazz. I've had the privilege of performing at iconic venues such as the Hollywood Bowl and Citizen's Business Bank Arena, each performance a celebration of creativity and connection.
As a director and conductor, I've had the joy of guiding both children and adult choirs, nurturing talent and fostering a sense of community through the art of singing. For over 8 years, I’ve dedicated myself to teaching voice, sharing not only techniques but also the joy of expressing oneself through music.
What truly excites me is the opportunity to connect with each of my students on a personal level. I believe that vocal coaching is not just about technique; it's about understanding your unique voice and helping you find your authentic sound. My Story
I grew up in a family where music was always around. My extended family included several professional musicians, so I was exposed to a great deal of vocal and other musical talent.
Despite this musical environment, I struggled to find my own voice. At four, I was practically tone deaf, and through my teenage years, I battled tension and a lack of control. Although I enjoyed singing, I often questioned whether I had any real talent.
It wasn’t until I was nearly 18 that I was discovered by a classical professional, who began to teach me. That experience changed everything. With the guidance of my teacher, I began to understand my voice and how to use it effectively.
Those early struggles shaped my approach to vocal coaching. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel unsure and frustrated, which is why I’m passionate about helping others on their own journeys. Today, I sing professionally regularly at churches, weddings, and events, and I can confidently say, “You can do this!” I’m here to support you every step of the way.
